The Interface Between Health and International Law and at a Glance
Kim Dae-Soon

Abstract
The writer who is a publicist (international lawyer) but absolutely a layman to health attempts in this paper to survey the encounter or interface between health and international law. By using the term ¡°interface¡±, he wishes to convey his personal opinion that health is related to many topics of international law, -to wit, that health is one of basic human rights as well as a problem pertaining to environment and that it is intertwined with the issue of protection of intellectual property. Health is obviously exposed to the current of the globalization and requires a ubiquitous touch on the global plane as much as the ¡°ubiquitous Severance¡± pursues it.
